I have written several times in the past that I believe George W. Bush holds the Constitution--and the values enshrined in it--in utter contempt. This story from Capitol Hill Blue, if true, proves the point.
Howie, theoretically speaking : if this were true, would you be pissed off? Or is there NOTHING this guy can do that you would disagree with?
